The cool and clear winter persists. A mixed wonder. While I need the confidence that only a motorbike ride past due can supply, I feel that we are only delaying the inevitable. At first, I welcomed this strange ability to see the mountain tops and my far off goals this time of year, but the longer these things remain in sight…
If something seems too good to be true it generally is.
I just don’t want to be caught out there in a storm again, one I should have seen coming, lost out there in my sea of reason, thinking to myself “Why didn’t I batten down the hatches?”.
